Important information for potential 2018 Little Africa Fest vendors:

Space is limited & not guaranteed. Space will be based upon first-come, first-serve, this includes turning in all necessary permits and payment.

We will notify you by email or phone to let you know if your application is approved and send you instructions on making your vendor fee payment. If you are selected as a vendor, your approval is NOT confirmed until you have paid the vendor fee.

• Please be sure you are updated on all your permits, information to sell, food laws and more! Check the links below.
• Special Event Permit: MN Department of Health http://www.health.state.mn.us/divs/eh/food/license/specevent.html
• Please note, submission of this form only confirms your interest in becoming a vendor with the African Economic Development Solutions – Little Africa Fest 2018. To be accepted, all required documents must be submitted, including your vendor fee. Vendor fees can be paid via Money Orders, Cashiers Check or Business Checks only, NO personal checks. Pay to the order of AEDS.
